Mongloo Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 14 years old, or meet the higher digital consent age in your country.
• If you are under 19, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Cancellation may be limited where a minor registered using false information.

2. Your Account

• Some features may require sign-in through Google or Apple.
• By registering, you agree to receive essential account and service notices. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
• We do not receive or store your social-login password. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Paid Services and Subscriptions

• Mongloo may offer recurring subscriptions in the future.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store financial information such as card numbers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of a billing period.
• Refunds are handled solely under the policy of the applicable app marketplace.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership and copyright in text, images, and other content you create.
• You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use pseudonymized or de-identified content to provide, operate, improve, and research the service.
• We may use feedback and suggestions without compensation or obligation.

5. Wellness Disclaimer

• Mongloo services are general wellness tools, not medical devices or medical service providers.
• The service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and does not replace professional medical advice.
• If you face a mental-health crisis or risk of harm, contact a qualified professional or local emergency service immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

• Except for user content, all names, logos, graphics, designs, software, databases, and interfaces are owned by the Company or its licensors.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or automatically collect any part of the service without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting unlawful, harmful, violent, obscene, or rights-infringing content
• Using automated means to access the service or collect data
• Distributing malware or interfering with service operation
• Using the service commercially without express permission

8. Changes or Suspension

We may change or suspend all or part of the service for reasonable cause and will provide advance notice through the service or by email.

9. Termination

• You may delete your account and terminate these terms at any time through the service settings.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
• Account information is generally deleted promptly, except records that must be retained by law.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Mandatory consumer protections in your country take precedence where required.
• Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

12. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

13. Entire Agreement

These terms form the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the service and replace prior oral or written agreements.

14. Changes to Terms

• We may change these terms.
• General changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance; material or unfavorable changes at least 30 days in advance.
• Continued use after a change constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
